Refund and Advisory Policy

Advisory sessions

Paid advisory sessions are non-refundable once delivered. If a session has not started, rescheduling is available with at least 24 hours notice.

Late cancellations and no-shows

Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be charged in full. No-shows are treated as completed reserved time.

Project retainers and milestones

Retainers reserve execution capacity and planning time. Retainer fees are generally non-refundable once the reserved window begins.

Completed milestones, delivered artifacts, and consumed implementation time are non-refundable.

Partial work and interruptions

If a project is paused or terminated mid-cycle, fees for completed work and committed capacity remain payable according to the signed agreement.

Exceptional cases

In rare cases, discretionary credits or rescheduling may be offered where service delivery could not be completed due to provider-side issues.
